Universidad de Extremadura admits through the Extremadura pre-enrolment: a single application, ranked by preference, shared by every public university in its district. The ordinary deadline for the 2026-2027 intake closed on 25 June 2026.

In 2025-2026, half of its 59 degrees with a published cut-off admitted at 6.57 or below, and admitted students entered with an average mark of 10.03.
